Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations, risk analysis, gap analysis, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices respectively in one of the following areas: the Network, Network and Security or Unified communications areas
- Provision of technical studies
- Elaboration of design documentation, with consultation with stakeholders
- Elaboration of vision documents focused upon IT components
- Deliver the design, installation and configuration of these technologies
- Operate EPPO IT services according to agreed service levels, ITSM best practices, internal policies and procedures
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support, register and troubleshoot incidents and escalating to external parties
- Creation and testing of standard operational procedures - backups, restore, monitoring etc.
**Requirements**:
- Mandatory_
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience (*2 years of professional experience will be considered as equivalent for 1 year of study)
- 5 or more years of professional experience in Network, Network and Security or Unified communications administration
- Previous experience as Network administrator;
- Designing organization/enterprise campus and datacenter networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC);
- In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in the administration of campus and datacenter networks (configuration, deployment);
- Maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure, with knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools;
- English - proficient communication skills, orally and in writing.
- Advantageous:_
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus product line
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst product line
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco ACI
- Proven experience with the setup of a NAC
- Previous experience with network automation
- General knowledge of networking and ICT infrastructure and systems
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations
