**Activités / Missions**:
La Banque de Luxembourg compte parmi les plus importantes banques privées de la Place. Depuis plus de 100 ans, elle accompagne des particuliers, des familles et des entrepreneurs dans la préservation, la valorisation et la transmission de leur patrimoine. Elle propose également ses services à des clients professionnels des métiers de la gestion d'actifs, dans l'esprit d'un banquier privé.

Au sein du département Finance, notre équipe Strategic Planning, prend en charge le suivi de la bonne exécution de la feuille de route stratégique de la Banque et intervient en tant que support auprès du Comité Exécutif.

En tant que Strategic Planning Specialist, vous serez en charge:

- D'accompagner / de supporter les différents métiers dans la définition des déclinaisons opérationnelles du plan stratégique validé par le COMEX.
- D'assurer le suivi de la bonne exécution de ce plan d'action à travers la définition d'indicateurs clés.
- De supporter le Comité Exécutif dans les prises de position stratégiques à travers la production de rapports/analyses comme outil d'aide à la décision.

**Profil**:
Après une première expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une position similaire, au secrétariat général, à la finance ou en tant que consultant dans le secteur financier, vous souhaitez rejoindre une institution bancaire reconnue sur la Place pour ses valeurs humaines.
- Issu-e d'une formation master en finance, management ou économie, vous avez des connaissances financières/activités bancaires et des compétences analytiques reconnues.
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse.
- Doté-e d'un bon relationnel vous êtes capable d'intervenir auprès d'interlocuteurs varié notamment du Top Management.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de Business Intelligence tels que Qlik ou Tableau).
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et avez un bon niveau en anglais.
