**Compliance Officer : The Function**
- Participate in the **formulation of policies** and the implementation and refinement of training courses, work processes, and systems, particularly in the areas of new business acceptance and data protection.
- Analyze **relevant laws and regulations** to identify opportunities and risks related to the firm's strategic business goals.
- Contribute to raising awareness, influencing firm culture and behavior, and adopting additional compliance measures.
- Ensure the efficient compilation of complete client and matter files, especially for **internal and external audits**.
- Perform various activities (monitoring, analyzing, and advising) related to the annual focus areas of the Compliance Office.
**Compliance Officer : Your Profile**
- You hold a **Master** in Law or in a similar field
- Fluent in **French** and **English** (any other languages will be a plus)
- Previous experience of **at least 4 years** as a Compliance Officer **in Luxembourg** is mandatory for this position
- You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
- You own strong **analysis skills** completed by good **communication skills**
