Our **Business Area Roof** is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:

- Regular inspection and maintaining the buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are in perfect conditions
- Repair and overhauls as needed, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Supervise and organize cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure the clean and proper conditions of the premises.
- Manage and coordinate outside service providers for major repairs and renovation projects.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout the building complex.
- Documenting maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections in accordance with company policies.

**This is what you bring to us**:

- Completed vocational training as a janitor, electrician, plumber or in a related field.
- Proven professional experience in building maintenance, ideally in a production or office complex.
- Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities.
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to respond to changing requirements.
- English is mandatory and a second language French or German is a strong asset.
