A Global Private Equity Investment Firm is currently looking for an AML Specialist to join the team.
Located in 8 countries with more than $30bn AUM, this company is growing a lot in Luxembourg with 13 people. The team is focused on providing world-class servicing to their global client base of institutional and retail investors.
The role is ideal for someone looking to deploy their AML/KYC skillset in a client-facing environment. You’ll report to the London office.
The role:
- Proactively communicating with clients and internal stakeholders regarding AML/KYC and tax requirements
- Coordinating the annual investor accounts review cycle and managing the outreach to investors
- Responsible for operational effectiveness and efficiency of the Client Service team’s AML/KYC and tax related processes.
- Conducting walk-throughs of AML/KYC processes and supporting the annual review performed by internal and external auditors.
- Preparing AML/KYC management information to report to senior company stakeholders.
- Preparing and submitting FATCA/CRS tax reports
The profile
- Between 2-5 years of experience.
- University degree
- Experience on Funds ideally
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
