**Sales Support Administrator**

**Standort: Luxemburg**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen
- Projektleitung im Rahmen des Angebotsprozesses
- Koordination der Ausschreibung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Präsentationen für den Vertrieb
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Terminen
- Angebotserstellung, inklusive systemseitige Eingabe und ggfs. notwendiger Abstimmungen
- Ansprechpartner für Vertriebspartner und Kunden
- Erstellung von Reportings (Z-Horizon und Datenpflege)
- Diverse Marketingaktivitäten
- Veranstaltungsplanung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung
- Research

**Ihre Skills**:

- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann/frau oder ähnliche kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Grundkenntnisse oder starkes Interesse an Absicherungsprodukten aus dem Bereich der Lebensversicherung
- Interesse an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Vertrieb und/oder Produktmanagement
- Social Media Affinität
- Dynamische Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Team Spirit
