**Main Tasks**:
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
- Conduct rent payment checks to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments.
- Handle billing processes, including preparing and issuing bills to clients.
- Send timely payment reminders to clients and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process and verify invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and check invoices for discrepancies before processing.
**Financial Support Intern - Profile**:
- **Do you have an internship agreement to be signed with your university**:
- Accounting software experience (an advantage but not a necessity)
- Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
- A positive personality and good interpersonal skills are a plus
- Be organized and reliable
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- English (mandatory), French (advantage)
