**_Business & Finance Controller_**
**_Main duties:_**
- Conduct analyzes and take part in projects in close collaboration with other departments in order to optimize the quality, efficiency and profitability for LuxairGroup and Technics in particular, occasionally leads projects in the Technics environment
- Develop different weekly / monthly reports based on the financial and operational information and technical KPI´s to optimize the activity of LuxairGroup and Technics in particular
- Participate in the building and the coordination and monitoring of budgets of LuxairGroup and Technics in particular
- Understand, analyze and propose ways to improve the functioning of Finance and Controlling
- Support a stable interface to the functions Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Cost Controlling, Asset Management and external / internal Auditors
- Ensure and monitor the financial administration of Technics Departments and secure the system interface between Technics and the Financial Computer program in conjunction with the IT Department
- Support the business specialists during any kind of contract negotiations
**_Required profile:_**
**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Provide a master degree in accounting or business administration and/or a proven experience in the aviation industry
- Have a proven experience in cost and budget accounting
- Show a clear sense of priorities
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- Show a very good knowledge of Technical Services internal processes and on EASA Part M and Part 145 requirements
- Be proactive, flexible, able to work independently and motivated by a multifunctional environment
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels,both inside and outside the company
- Have a strong ability to summarize and be strong in analytical thinking and in understanding of complex workflows
- Have excellent capacity of listening
- Have strong self-motivating and organizational skills
- Be able to work and interact with various departments and to establish personal contacts
- Be cost cautious with a very good sense for the economics for this part of the industry
- Have good negotiation skills with a persuasive and assertive character
- Show user skills in the tools used in the Technics and Finance department
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
- Provide a proven experience in a technical service environment
- Have good knowledge of Luxair Technics
- Have knowledge in project management
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish or of any other language is considered as asset
