**Your role**:
The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine of the University of Luxembourg is opening for its Department of Mathematics (DMATH) a new Associate Professor position in mathematics, in the area of Geometry and Algebraic Geometry.
**Your profile**:
- Geometric analysis, Kähler geometry, and Riemannian geometry
- Geometric group theory
- Geometric measure theory and quasiconformal analysis
- Teichmüller theory, billiards, and mapping class groups
- Geometric topology, including hyperbolic, affine, or projective geometry
- Moduli spaces of representations of surface groups into Lie groups
- Relations of geometry to theoretical physics
- Algebraic geometry
- Derived algebraic geometry
- Mirror symmetry
- Homotopy theory
- Geometric representation theory
- Arithmetic geometry
- Language requirements:_
