APEX Group seeks an AML KYC Administrator to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Luxembourg. This full-time role comes with a generous salary and many attractive benefits.

As an AML KYC Administrator you will guide the strategic direction of the AML/CDD Team and the control framework within which the firm should operate.

If you were already in this AML KYC Administrator role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

- Assisting the Senior Associates and where appropriate being the contact person for Clients and Investors for operational issues and support during the investor account opening and ongoing review process
- Using appropriate tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information with internal or external stakeholders
- Acting as a maker and where necessary a checker for AMLKYC tasks performed by other Team Members
- Screening and verification of investor names against sanction/blacklists
- A working relationship with clients, MLROs, shareholders, auditors and other external and internal parties (as required)
- Relevant experience
- Associates or Team Managers;
- Develop working relationships with Clients, MLROs, shareholders, auditors and other external and internal parties as required;
- Use appropriate tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information with internal or external stakeholders;
