**Manager Outsourcing Controlling **(f/m/d)**

**Aufgaben**
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Outsourcing-Controllings
- Einführung und Optimierung von Kontroll
- und Überwachungsprozessen
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Einhaltung der internen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen bei (IT-) Outsourcing und IT-Fremdbezügen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
- Übergreifende Steuerung der wesentlichen Risiken auf Basis von Risikoanalysen/-bewertungen
- Erstellung und laufende Pflege einer vollständigen Dokumentation sämtlicher Auslagerungen
- Erstellung von Auslagerungsanzeigen und Genehmigungsanträgen an die zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde
**Verantwortung**
- Steuerung und Überwachung der dezentralen Auslagerungsbeauftragten hinsichtlich der ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung der übertragenen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Sicherstellung des mindestens jährlichen Reportings der dezentralen Auslagerungsbeauftragten
- Sicherstellung der Einbindung in das interne Kontrollsystem, das Business Continuity Management und/ oder das Notfallkonzept des Unternehmens
- Koordination und Überprüfung der durch die zuständigen Fachbereiche durchgeführten Risikoanalyse/-bewertung,
- Überwachung der Umsetzung zu den von der internen Revision sowie Compliance und Geldwäsche getroffenen Prüfungsfeststellungen hinsichtlich der wesentlichen Auslagerungen,
- Erstellen eines mindestens jährlichen Berichts über die (wesentlichen) Auslagerungen an die Geschäftsführungen
- Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der übergreifenden Auslagerungsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Risk Management,
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Abschlussprüfer, Aufsicht und interne Fachbereiche für das Prüffeld Auslagerungscontrolling,
- Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Methodik bei den Prozessen, KPI, Berichtswesen und Eskalationsprozessen
**Ihr Profil**
- betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung in der Finanzbranche mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Outsourcing Controlling, idealerweise bei einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft
- fließend Englisch, idealerweise sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gewohnt eigenständig und strukturiert zu Arbeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität im Umgang mit neuen Fragestellungen
