**About the role**:
**What you can expect to do in the role**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including communication with board members and shareholders, both for the company’s clients as well as for fundcraft itself,
- prepare, review and draft corporate documents for fundcraft and its clients in accordance with Luxembourg law,
- advise on and support the Legal Manager on strategic regulatory decisions, procurement, various registrations as well as claims and litigation,
- maintain corporate housekeeping of the group structure,
- assist in the review and preparation of legal documentation under the supervision of the legal manager,
- coordinate the review, exchange and/or drafting of documents with external stakeholders such as advisors, notaries, banking institutions, financial regulators and governmental authorities,
- handle and respond to internal enquiries from your fundcraft team members.
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration or Economics, or demonstrable experience in the area
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
- Good knowledge of company administration and corporate governance
- Being organised, have the ability to meet deadlines and have excellent communication skills
- Critical thinker with the ability to own tasks and see them through
- Ability to work independently and to support the deliverables of the team
- Excellent English skills
- Competent with standard business software (i.e. MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry
- Knowledge of French and/or German
