Associate Client Delivery Project Manager

Operations is the largest function within FE fundinfo. Working across the customer life cycle covering onboarding, data integration and customer support. We aim to deliver a first-class experience to our clients by providing a consistently high level of quality data and integrity to our customers.
Associate Client Delivery Project Managers are responsible for supporting managing key client projects to produce the desired results and on time delivery. Working with the Client Delivery Team they coordinate people and processes dedicated to the projects and are the central point for all communication, ensuring good project organisation and execution against milestones and timelines.
**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engaged in the management of the relationship with the client and all relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver the project, both in support of the Client Delivery Project Managers and their own projects.
- Track and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Review resource utilisation and further resource requirements to achieve project completion
- Ensure that all Project documentation is created, monitored, and maintained throughout the life of the project, including (but not limited to):
- Project Plans
- RAID/Action Logs
- Project Documentation
- BAU Handover Documentation
- Facilitate and support project meetings, maintaining action logs and communication to inform the project team and clients of the decisions made and actions
- Support and plan for client calls/meetings and keep key stakeholders updated on project process and reporting, actioning subsequent actions
- Review project processes and documentation for improvement and refinement
**Required Experience and Skills**
- Excellent French and English speaking/writing
- Experience in the setup and successful delivery of projects with limited supervision
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience in the fintech/financial services industry or in data-centric B2B businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and synthesise complex information
- Strong personal engagement skills, with the ability to gain trust and credibility with both clients and colleagues across the company
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and ways of working
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- Project management certifications such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent
- Able to adapt different methodologies to a common company framework
- Experience in running multiple projects of varying size and related budgets

- Delivery focused and driven to meet deadlines
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexible, resourceful and hands-on
