**Job description**:
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a **Business Analyst - CRM & Digital Tools** speaking French and English.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyse business requirements (and user feedback) with our business teams in order to propose the to-be processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translating these requirements into effective CRM or digital solutions
- Lead the business workshop, document the analysis, collaborate with Product Owners & support Enterprise and Solution Architects in the solution definition
- Ensure global information consistency, quality and documentation & sharing in link with Enterprise Architecture objectives
- Participate at the whole activities within the IT team (refinement of requirements, preparation & execution test, build the solution,...)
- Collaborate with all teams involved by your feature team and manage the dependencies
- Prepare test cases with business and assist business in the User Acceptance Testing
- Provide end-user support, defect management and occasionally training to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the Salesforce CRM platform
**Job requirements**:
**Your profile**:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering - BAC + 5
- Fluent in French and English
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge in **Salesforce** tool is an advantage
- Experience in **Agile projectsPrior** experience of business analysis with IT collaboration, with a proven ability to understand business issues and to structure business specifications
- General knowledge of the **banking products and services**:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the **banking processes**
- Soft Skills:
- Communication skills, both with technical and non-technical people
- Ability to clearly document business specifications, and to explain the added value in business term
- Willing to learn (technologies, methods, business activities) and to develop new competencies
- Team player, with an ability to understand the problems of other business
