Für unser Team Accounting am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Specialist (m/w/d) IFRS Accounting - Real Assets.

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle und/oder unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der buchhalterischen Administration von (un-)regulierten Investmentvehikeln, insb. Spezialfonds, Wagniskapitalgesellschaften undVerbriefungsgesellschaften sowie den zugehörigen Beteiligungs
- und Managementgesellschaften
- Du berechnest den Nettoinventarwert und erstellt die zugehörige Berichterstattung nach Lux-GAAP oder IFRS
- Du stellst die Jahresabschlüsse der Gesellschaften nach Lux-GAAP oder IFRS auf
- Du fungierst als direkter Ansprechpartner für die Kunden
- Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister der administrierten Gesellschaften (Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater)

DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bist Absolvent eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums mit entsprechenden Schwerpunkten
- Du verfügst bestenfalls über 2 bis 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fonds
- und/oder Gesellschaftsbuchhaltung in Luxemburg oder als Mitarbeiter/in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der Luxemburger Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und der internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS), insb. IFRS 9, IFRS 10 und IAS 32
- Du bist mit den Abläufen im Lebenszyklus von Investmentvehikeln vertraut und verfügst über entsprechende Fähigkeiten, Beteiligungsstrukturen über mehrere Ebenen zu verstehen und buchhalterisch darzustellen
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert, sorgfältig und strukturiert, bist lernbereit, belastbar, zuverlässig und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du erledigst Aufgaben gerne eigenverantwortlich und arbeitest gerne in einem Team
