**Your team**:

The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.-
- You will be a member of the **Publishing team**, reporting to the head of Transversal Operations.**Your role**:
- Support operational teams in their daily tasks:
- Code request as part of fund launch process (LEI, ISIN),
- Set up, control and update of static and dynamic data,
- Contribute to the efficient and accurate execution of publishing operations,
- Activation and publication request according to registration status,
- Dissemination of legal fund documentations, monthly portfolio reports and No NAV calculation reports,
- Chargeback of invoices,
- Document collection and organization,
- Scanning and electronic archiving of documents and data’s
**Your profile**:
- Finance — Economics educational background
- Knowledge in fund operations, process and data analysis
- Any experience or knowledge of the data provider environment would be a plus
- Flexibility and agility
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Spoken fluency in English and French
- Good Excel skills
**Start date : ASAP**
**Duration : 12 months**
