**Your team**
We have a great new role opportunity for you to join our Luxembourg-based Global Real Estate business, in our Fund Accounting department. You will report directly to the Senior Director and will collaborate with a variety of teams within Fund Accounting and Corporate Finance. You will be part of a well-established team, where plenty of support will be available to you.

**Your role**
As the Financial Analyst you will assist corporate in the preparation of an annual budget and review critically quarterly financials. We will look to you to track and determine financial gaps and coordinate preparation of Cash flow ensuring periodic reviews.

Other responsibilities include
- Review and validation of quarterly management fees (at investor level)
- Perform annual review of the process and the system (Investran)
- Prepare trend analysis (past and future)
- Implement a model for the accrual of monthly fees in the books of IREM
- Interaction with Corporate and business functions

Your experience will also cover the financial controls within Fund Accounting which will involve the interaction with local providers and ensuring a standardized process among all funds.
