Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) is focusing on for the employee benefits business of the Generali Group. The GEB Network, composed of more than 100 local insurance companies, is one of the leading partners in the international employee benefits management field, servicing more than 1,500 international corporate customers.

Main missions (non exhaustive list):

- Ensures the Governance and Management of the reinsurance data flows from GEB Network Partners;
- Monitors the development and performance of GEB portfolio, by analyzing profitability and trends and periodically assessing KPIs;
- Assures Data Processing, Quality and Delivery to the relevant business owners

Main accountabilities (non exhaustive list)

1) Data Management and Reinsurance Data Validation (for a defined group of GEB Network Partners)
- Ensures the management and processing of all data flows from the Network partners, checks and guarantees the data quality;
- Verifies actual and estimate technical reinsurance data, identifies errors & corrections, validates data with focus on timeliness, accuracy and efficiency;
- Creates consolidated statement of account, controls and approves matching between Actual Technical file and Reinsurance data flow;
- Provides support to the Network Partners in terms of data requirements, file management system access and other reinsurance related procedures.

2) Reinsurance Data Analysis
- Processes analysis to monitor performances and trends of the different areas of business (Network Partner/Portfolio/Product/Multinational Client/Policy/Coverage/Claimant/...);
- Produces accurate reinsurance data analysis for all business lines by measuring key indicators, driving data accuracy through analysis of the flows against historical results;
- Prepares data analysis and reports for meeting with GEB Clients/GEB Network Partners or for internal meetings;
- Develops reports ad hoc for data analysis upon request of the Head of Department;
- Collects remarks and provide support about relevant variations of technical results reported to the Head Office;
3) Clients and support to other GEB departments
- Provides technical support to the department in charge of GEB Clients' Reports production;
- Provides technical support to other department in the Finance and Insurance area;
- Assists in analysing data for GEB New Clients or during renewal processes;
- Performs ad hoc analysis on GEB Clients' existing portfolios to identify issues and propose solutions.

4) Other Related Duties and upon request
- Develops internal tools and streamline current department processes;
- Performs audits from HO, Network Partners, clients and internal audits.

Key attributes
- Bachelor or Master degree in Insurance, Mathematics or other numerate qualification
- Previous experience of data analysis or data management would be considered a strong asset
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point, )
- Dynamic, proactive, able to work with strict deadlines, not afraid to take ownership
- Resilient with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong communicator (oral and written) thanks to good emotional/relational intelligence
- Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset
