We are looking for a

**Commercial Project Manager (M/F/d)**

You will lead, jointly with the Project Manager, a multidisciplinary project team and you are the representative of the project internally and externally in all commercial and contractual matters. You ensure the correct and proper execution and implementation of the commercial contract provisions, maintain an overview of the project and safeguards the commercial success of the project in coordination and consultation with the Project Manager and the project Core Team.

**Your main tasks**:

- Monitoring the project from a contractual and commercial perspective, in cooperation with all involved SMS group companies worldwide
- Implementation of end-to-end contract management, financial management, project cost controlling, risk and claims management
- Management and coordination of contractually compliant communication with the customer and all contractual partners
- Ensuring the proper processing and implementation of the commercial contract contents
- Guaranteeing a complete project overview at all times and ensuring the commercial success of our projects
- Carrying out monthly project reporting to the steering committee and management
- Preparation and coordination of consortium contracts and commercial management of consortiums including payment release, change and claims management
- Implementing and managing a project specific claim strategy.

**What do we expect?**
- Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Commercial law
- Several years of professional experience and success with a track record in a comparable work and industry environment, ideally combined with construction
- Expert knowledge in Commercial Project Management and international Contract Management
- Interest in commercial/contractual topics with an entrepreneurial approach
- Experience in leading international commercial project teams
- Fluent in English and either German or French, any other language is considered as an advantage
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills, high commitment and accuracy
- Ready to travel worldwide and collaborate with multinational teams.
