**Your missions**
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the HR team within the HR department and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient management of the recruitment process from A-Z.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Attract talents & sourcing talents using a variety of channels
- Represent actively the company on the market
- Posting of job vacancies on different recruitment networks (career website, job boards, universities, LinkedIn etc.)
- Following up with recruitment agencies/headhunters
- Be responsible of the recruitment cycle from A to Z
- Provide high level of services to the internal clients
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment
**Your ideal profile**
- You have 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- You have the ability to work under pressure and drive to get things done
- You have excellent organisation & communication skills
- You are agile and proactive
- You have Full MS Office knowledge
- You are friendly and open-minded but assertive when needed
- You are dynamic and flexible
- You speak French and have a strong command of English
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
