We are looking for a talented intern to join our team and support our HR technology initiatives for 6 to 12 months.

**Role Overview**:
**Your Mission**:
Your main mission will be to assist in the integration of various HR systems and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will conduct data analysis using Power BI, generating insights that drive decision-making. You will also work on projects involving Copilot Studio to create chatbots and leverage Dataverse for data management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions. You will take part in the design and implementation of low-code solutions, enhancing our HR operations and supporting the development of a comprehensive digital HR strategy. You will also be ensuring project management office activities driving a consistent monitoring and documentation of projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We look for a curious and motivated individual with a solid understanding of Microsoft's Power Platform. You should have a passion for low-code solutions and business analysis, with a knack for translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset are essential. A can-do attitude is crucial; if you don’t know how to do something, strive to find a solution but don't hesitate to ask questions and seek guidance.
