**Rôle**:
Rattaché(e) à la DRH du site, vous contribuerez au déploiement de la stratégie RH groupe et serez en charge de la conduite de nombreux projets transverses.
**Missions**:
Recrutement : définir les besoins et conduire les process de recrutement, de la négociation à l’établissement du contrat,Gérer les relations avec les organismes et partenaires institutionnels ainsi que les prestataires externes,Développer la marque employeur - assurer la présence et la visibilité du groupe auprès des Ecoles et Universités,Gestion des carrières : définition des plans de formation et des plans de succession, mobilité interne,Pilotage et suivi budgétaire : évolution de la masse salariale, budget formation et recrutement etc,Reporting et suivi des indicateurs de performance RH,Gestion des procédures disciplinaires,Suivi du respect des règles internes : règlement intérieur, HSE, etc,Conduite de projets HR variés,Stratégie groupe : interaction avec la direction centrale - déploiement de la stratégie et des process groupe.
**Profil**:
Qualités techniques:
Diplôme de l’Enseignement Supérieur, idéalement spécialisé Ressources Humaines,Plusieurs années d’expérience dans la fonction d’HRBP, idéalement dans le secteur industriel,Solides compétences juridiques,Solides compétences et goût pour la gestion de projets,Compétences analytiques et résolution de problèmes,Forte orientation amélioration continue,Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, la maîtrise de toute autre langue est un atout.
