**Your Role...**:

- 3GPP precoding and resource allocation in Multi-beam satellite systems
- Test bed implementation for 3GPP New Radio precoding in Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN)

The position holder will be required to perform the following tasks:

- Study the 3GPP New Radio precoding specification for NTN
- Perform simulation of precoding and frequency management in SATCOMs systems
- Implementation and testing of predefined algorithms on SDR environments
- Contribute to the National FNR Bridge project “Pre5GNR: Design and Implement Multiuser 3GPP 5G New Radio Precoding and Dynamic Beam Management for NGSO Systems”
- Assisting in organization of relevant workshops and demos

**Your Profile...**:

- Good knowledge on 3GPP New Radio PHY specifications
- Test-bed design and implementation on Software Defined Radio, OpenAirInterface platforms
- Wireless and/or Satellite communications
- Programming skills in at least one of the following: MATLAB, GNURadio/C/C++

Language Skills: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
