YOU
Will join a growing tax team to support an agile business, operating in a range of markets. The role will report directly to the Global Head of Tax, supporting in three key areas:
**Compliance**:
- Liaising with external tax return compliance providers to oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns;
- support the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, both master and local files; and
- assisting in responding to and managing tax audits and gaining certainty through advanced pricing agreements and participation in mutual agreement procedures.
**Advisory**:
- Providing advice to our operations and other support functions on the local and international tax implications their activities (e.g. permanent establishment risks, deductibility of expenditure, VAT consequences and employee global mobility issues);
- coordinating tax issues with external tax advisors in the relevant jurisdictions; and
- supporting in drafting contracts from a tax perspective.
**Projects**
- actively support the formulation and execution of FWU Group’s international tax & transfer pricing strategy; and
- assisting in tax structuring and simplification, for example, for new market entries and financing.
IF YOU HAVE
- successfully completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
- a basic understanding of international taxation & ability to comprehend business models
- excellent command of English and German (both written and spoken); French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- an independent, accurate and result-oriented working style
- very good communications skills and MS Office skills
