The Amazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon ecosystem, which offers millions of sellers the opportunity to build and grow their businesses using Amazon’s reach and expertise. Cost and time spent on compliance is a key friction point and a blocker for new Sellers to start and expand their business in the EU and UK. The EU 3P Compliance Team owns programs and solutions that enable our Selling Partners to comply with the different regulations.

To make our Seller's lives simpler and reduce the time spent on compliance, we are building a new product with the vision to help Sellers fulfill their compliance requirements easily and at the right point of their Selling journey. You will lead product vision for a provider marketplace defining order creation to fulfillment experience and will impact the Amazon experience of seller from all geographies.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this product: you will advocate for our sellers and own the requirements and roadmap to translate our vision into reality. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the business, champion the needs of the sellers, and dive deep into the technology and operational implications of the products you oversee. In this role, you will also be the owner for the launch of the product.

You are the right person for this role if you are customer-focused, a self-starter, a natural problem solver, a strong communicator, and have a passion for delivering high-quality work. You are excited about launching new products and features and thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, unhindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.

This role is available to work from any of the following locations: Luxembourg, London.

- Work closely with global teams to define and improve our products.
- Monitor and report the products' performance based on the seller's experience to leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around the priorities, features, and capabilities to deliver your product.
