**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung des operativen IT-Betriebs für unsere Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-Problemen (First-Level Support)
- Konfiguration und Installation der Client-Systeme
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption von Client-Arbeitsplätzen und -Hardware
- Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik / Ausbildung der Fachinformatik oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft Betriebssysteme
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umfeld von Windows-Servern sowie virtualisierten Infrastrukturen
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Cloud-Technologie
- Sicherer Umgang mit der üblichen Office Software (MS-Office, Adobe, etc.)
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
