**Your field of responsibility**
Join us as an AML Assurance officer within our Financial Crime Compliance Department. Your main role will be to perform independent AML surveillance and monitoring controls, perform investigations and file SARs. You will analyze client profiles and transactions in depth to assess the AML risk and while analyzing the client profiles you will liaise closely with the Relationship Managers.
The role is based in Luxembourg, but the remit of the role also covers the bank’s branches in France, Portugal, the Netherlands and Ireland.

**Your skills and experience**
We are seeking an experienced professional who is able to demonstrate the following:
A university degree or an equivalent education in Business Administration, Finance or Law
- At Least 5 years of working experience gathered in AML assurance field within Private Bank environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify and assess potential AML risk and good time management skills and precision in conducting the reviews and controls.
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg AML framework
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
- Can multi-task and work under pressure
- Proactive and a self-starter, with a positive can-do approach
- Good presentation and communication skills in English
- Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
