Strategic Initiatives Assistant

Our client, a leading transportation company based in Luxembourg, is seeking a versatile and proactive Strategic Initiatives Assistant.
In this role, you will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in identifying, prioritizing, planning, and implementing transformational projects across various departments including business operations, sales, account management, marketing, and public relations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the CEO in researching, procuring, and implementing transformative digital initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery while providing crucial support to the CEO throughout the process.
Drive the development and launch of strategic projects, including digital projects and sustainability initiatives, while maintaining a professional and polished corporate image.
Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal teams, facilitating communication, coordinating schedules, and providing research support for personal and professional projects.
Manage all aspects of press relations, marketing campaigns, and event coordination, contributing to the company's brand visibility and growth objectives.
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO's personal ventures, offering research insights and assistance in sales strategies and project assessments.
**Qualifications**:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong desire to drive projects forward and serve as a trusted partner to the CEO.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or related roles is preferred.
