**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including complex transactions, contract drafting, and negotiation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date guidance on real estate laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and ensure the smooth execution of real estate transactions.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least **six years** of solid experience practicing Real Estate law, with a track record of handling complex transactions and providing strategic advice.
- ** Master's degree in Law** and admission to the **Luxembourg Bar** or **another European Bar (preferred)**.
- Fluent in **English** and **French**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and a strong team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
