**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:
- Maintain plant compliance to IATF-16949:2016 and ISO-9001:2015 standards as well as customer-defined quality systems and requirements
- Contact person for our clients concerning all quality issues
- Oversee the evaluation of process audits and finished product inspections for quality and reliability
- Ensure quality systems and procedures are maintained and effectively used by all associates
- Manage escalation process with customer
**Here's what you can bring to the team**:
- A successfully completed Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- At least 5 years of experience in working in a quality organization of an IATF 16949 (and previously ISO/TS 16949) certified company, preferably in the glass industry
- Have acquired necessary automotive quality certifications (Certified system and process auditor, Product Safety and compliance Representative), Expert in Core tools for the automotive industry
- Fluent in German and English, French is an asset
- Strong understanding of best practice quality tools
