**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Performance Management and Reporting**
- Coordinate the whole reporting process of financial figures and KPIs for the Mining Segment entities (Actuals, Flash, Forecast, Budget, Strategy etc) in BPM.
- Ensure completeness, quality, and timeliness of reporting in accordance with Segment and Group timeframes and compliance with IFRS and Group’s accounting policies.
- Perform analytical reviews of key performance indicators: Analyse monthly/quarterly variations and update MRF on monthly basis (pricing, volumes, Production costs, SG&A, EBITDA, OWCR, FCF etc) to provide guidance on root cause of variances to budget and latest forecasts. Proactively interact with Mining units Finance teams in order to understand and explain the business performance.
- Prepare Finance and Performance reports to support segment CFO and CEO strategic decision making and presentation to GAPM or to Executive Office.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and any other control systems to ensure the optimization for the performance management and reporting function.

**Finance and Consolidation**
- Ensure the accuracy of the Actuals reporting packages delivered by our entities: analysis of a part of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
- Consolidation of Flash, Budget and MRF, in coherence with Actual phase. Ensure intercompany relationships are accurately captured at Intersegment level and within the Group.
- Consolidate SGA budget for the Holding entities of the Mining segment and follow up on deviations and corrective actions with the respective cost centres managers. Monitor Segment fee income in connection with SGA expenses.
- Provide support in the preparation of the quarterly earnings release, biannual and annual reports such as 6K/20F for US filing & CSSF reports for European filing
- Assist and support the Company's with the various cross functional departments (mainly Compliance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, M&A etc)
- Provide support towards our group external auditors and with the preparation of necessary internal Sox supports
- Contribute to lead internal finance projects, as appropriate.

**MUST-HAVES**
- Accounting degree and/or certification required (Masters with accounting concentration, i.e.: ACCA or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of experience of accounting experience with a strong understanding of IFRS
- SAP working knowledge is a plus (SAP Financial Consolidation or any other consolidation tool)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical skills: ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Languages: English (fluent), any other language is an advantage
