HQLAᵡ has offices in Luxembourg, Zug (Switzerland) and London (UK). To reinforce our Platform Operations team we are currently looking for a motivated intern. The internship will be based in Luxembourg.

As Platform Operations Intern, you will:

- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to the HQLAX Platform- Attend online calls with both HQLAX clients & platform partners
- Capture the key discussion points and follow-up actions
- Maintain the onboarding status by updating tracking tools
- Assist in the setup of new trading relationships between clients- Attend online calls with both HQLAX clients & platform partners
- Maintain the setup status by updating tracking tools
- Assist in the day-to-day operational activities to support the trading activity on the platform- Monitor the status of trading activity on the platform
- Respond to client queries regarding operational matters
- Issue tracking and follow-up

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, management, banking, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English
