- support Ruby's expansion to new markets and new areas of business while ensuring the compliance with corporate governance regulations
- are in charge of the project administration for capital measures at holding level and coordinate connected stakeholders and processes
- develop the structure and network in geographic markets to be entered by identifying potential partners and coordinating the legal formation of local entities
- establish and introduce new business fields by assisting in identifying, researching, and evaluating them and developing, evaluating and implementing respective business plans
- assist in the development and management of new franchising and licensing concepts, including the associated management of brand licensing
- are responsible for approval processes required by shareholder agreements
- manage and execute internal corporate governance tasks and maintain & update all connected records and files
- collaborate closely with the management board and external stakeholders such as external Real Estate Developers, corporate law professionals and tax advisors

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- successfully completed studies in Law, Management, Business, Accounting or Finance
- first working experience in a similar field, preferably in the area of corporate law, investment banking, corporate finance or fund administration
- enjoy finding a way through complex situations while questioning existing processes and making the right business decisions
- a creative approach to problem-solving and are a quick and eager learner
- happy to travel from time to time and connect with people all around Ruby
- both a confident appearance and strong communication skills to actively foster network expansion and awareness
- full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
