**Data Optimization and Reporting**:

- Lead data optimization initiatives after migrating carriers from decommissioned systems to new infrastructure.
- Utilize tools like **SQL**, **PowerBI**, or other reporting solutions to extract, analyze, and report data effectively.
- Identify inconsistencies and propose corrective actions to ensure data quality and accuracy.

**Business Process Modeling**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive **Business Process Models** to align system functionalities with business requirements.
- Document and map workflows to improve operational efficiency.

**Messaging expertise**:

- Analyze, implement, and manage Swift messaging workflows to support payment and fund-related processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and streamline communication flows.
- **Test design and experience**:

- Create detailed functional test cases and conduct non-regression test campaigns to ensure system integrity.Document test results and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve detected anomalies.
- **Ticket Management and Vendor Collaboration**:

- Oversee ticketing processes and communicate with external providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all tickets are followed up and resolved promptly.

**User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support**:

- Assist business teams in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide guidance and technical support to ensure successful test execution.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **SQL**, **PowerBI**, or similar tools for data extraction and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of **Swift messaging** protocols and processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing **Business Process Models**.
- Familiarity with data migration and optimization processes.Proven ability to design and execute functional and non-regression test cases.
- **Industry knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of the **investment funds domain** is mandatory.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering solutions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** as a Functional Business Analyst in the financial sector, preferably in investment funds.
- Familiarity with **data reporting tools**, **Swift messaging**, and **Business Process Modeling** is essential.

Fluency in **French** and **English** (written and spoken) is mandatory.
