**ABOUT US

We provide them with the modules, which are easy to integrate and cover the entire spectrum of payment management: from the processing of various payment types, through automated analytics of customer behaviour and requirements, all the way up to integrative risk management.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Together with your colleagues, you are a competent contact person and payment specialist for our merchants, who are spread across almost all sectors in e-commerce
- You will quickly become an expert on our products as well as internal processes in order to be able to answer queries from colleagues or forward them to the right place
- Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the onboarding and update of our merchant payment accounts and ensure appropriate quality management.
- You support the creation and updating of necessary documentation and planned process changes

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You already have some work experience in a comparable or similar position, ideally in the field of e-commerce, banking or financial services
- You have a fast perception and have a keen eye for detail
- You are able to work on different tasks at the same time under stress or prioritise them adequately
- You are fluent in German and business fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- A high level of social competence and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment round off your profile
