As Risk Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Risk Management & Compliance Framework (RMCF) and its various governance arrangements, policies and processes in place that have been specifically designed to help identify and manage risks that may affect the company’s ability to achieve its business objectives.
Your role and responsibilities will consist of:
- Reviewing, assessing, and reporting on top risks identified by the business
- Maintaining, reviewing, and updating the risk cartography and control register
- Maintaining and developing Key Risk Indicators
- Managing the operational risk incident management process
- Roll-out of the new GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solution for Luxembourg entities
- Enhancing Risk Management reporting in-Country
- Leading the Country Risk & Compliance Committee
- Reporting to the Group Risk & Compliance Committee
- Participating to the Group Risk & Compliance Forum
- Maintaining, developing Risk Management policies and procedures in coordination with Group
- Maintaining and developing Risk Management awareness programme
- Key in-Country point of contact and local contact for Group Risk & Compliance
**Qualifications**:
- Master/Bachelor in Law, Economics or Finance or in a similar field
- 5-7 years experience in operational risk management, Internal Control or Internal Audit
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in French and English; any additional language would be considered an asset.
