The HR Business Partner is part of an international and multi-disciplinary team, sharing HR BP responsibilities for dedicated defined department within our Research and Development Center Luxembourg:
As an employee champion and change agent, works closely with management and center of excellences in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level

Is responsible for execution of HR strategies, collaborates, aligns, and partners with local and global HR community

Ensures the end-to-end employee life cycle from hire to retire, including Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Employee Relation and Engagement

Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic and solution-oriented approach

- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results
- Connect HR efforts and initiatives to business goals and objectives
- Coaching and consulting approach
- Excellent analytical mindset with ability to use data to solve problems
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving attitude
- High level of initiative, perseverance, and flexibility
- Have strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field
- Have a solid HR experience, gained as generalist business partner, or consultant in HR disciplines in customer focused environment
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish labor law is an advantage
