**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
You will join our Electrical Maintenance department and take on key responsibilities in enhancing and maintaining our production lines.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Modernizing human-machine interfaces (HMI) on production lines ;
- Reverse-engineering legacy HMI software ;
- Designing and programming HMI screens ;
- On-site commissioning ;
- Optimizing production processes ;
- Providing remote support and troubleshooting assistance for PLC programmers ;
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams remotely ;
- Planning networks and selecting, installing, setting up, and troubleshooting IT equipment ;
- Managing software licenses ;
- Implementing HMI components for ongoing hardware and PLC software updates according to production needs.
**Profil**:
Here is an overview of the skills required:
- Expertise in industrial automation and system integration, including basics of electrical circuits, hydraulics, mechanics, PID regulation, measurements, and metrology ;
- Proficiency in agile software development, testing, debugging, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, data structures, and common algorithms ;
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, SVG, REST API, with a preference for experience with atvise ;
- Experience in R&D project management: gathering technical requirements, planning time and resources, supporting procurements, communications, reporting, and managing technical risks ;
- Skills in user interface design, vector graphics, and color theory ;
- Familiarity with networks: serial RS-232/485, Ethernet, IPv4, network equipment, network security tools, industrial communication protocols, remote access tools like RDP and VNC ;
- Understanding of Siemens PLC / TIA communication and addressing ;
- Proficiency in administering MS Windows PCs and servers ;
- Basic Linux administration skills.
