**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's level degree of 3 years or above in ICT.
- Minimum 12 years of IT experience.
- ITIL certification
- Good knowledge of
- architecture best practices and patterns.
- modelling tools.
- Enterprise Architecture.
- Relational DBMS.
- business process analysis.
- Excellent knowledge in JAVA Application Architecture
- Excellent knowledge in JAVA development
- Familiar with Spring Boot, Angular, Git
- Familiar with secure code development standards/guidelines
- Experience in XML and related technologies
- Fluency in English
