**Job Content**:
**Role purpose**
The Outsystems Engineers will support, maintain and improve EIB Outsystems platform. Engineers will
work to ensure good practices and enhance the customer experience. The Service Provider’s engineers
shall have expertise with Outsystems platform development.
The non-exhaustive list of job responsibilities as well as technical and specific skills / experience is shown
below.

**The tasks/activities will include**
- Technical support for a low-code platform hosted on premises.
- Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading the platform servers running on Windows Server.
- Take ownership for requests/issues and act as Single Point of Contact towards the platform users
- Assist in problem root cause analysis investigation: access, performance, outage
- Produce, Review and Update Operational documentation

**Profile**:

- ITIL best practices for service operations (incident management, release deployment)
- Oracle database (connectivity from app back-end server to DB)
- Windows Server OS: operational commands, system architecture, and troubleshooting tasks
- Connectivity: RDP, TCP, Firewall rules
- Reporting progress, risks and issues
- Follow-up and coordination with other I&O teams to troubleshoot issues and/or implement
changes

- Focus on operational excellence and efficiency with critical systems
- Value cooperation when providing or seeking assistance
- Ability to analyse technical requests from other IT users and make sound judgements
