**The Opportunity**

Currently we’re looking for Associate Category Lead Logistics EMEA to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:

- Partner with Category leadership to execute strategy at the commodity level.
- Lead the bid process - RFI release, RFP development, etc.
- Supports Category Leads with strategic supplier relationships through data-driven recommendations.
- Leverages market data through should-cost models and other forms of financial or negotiation strategies..
- Accountable for meeting aspirational training goals for 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools. Collaborates with peers and leaders within the Category Team dispersed globally.
- Develops and maintains appropriate two-way communication channel between Procurement and the Commercial Council to ensure exchange of feedback in order to drive continuous improvement.

**To join our team, you will need**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in a corporate setting
- Prior experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related Operational function

**IT, Soft Skills & others**:

- Knowledge required: Fundamental knowledge of business processes.
- Skills required: Organization skills, strong Microsoft Access/Excel skills and/or other database programs, a team player, strong communication skills, influence skills, self-directing, and ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
