**Finance and Fund Oversight Controller (M/F)**

**ING Solutions Investment Management** (ISIM) is looking for a **Fund Controller Intern** to support the current and planned developments of its activities in Luxembourg.

**Your Mission**:
As a Fund Controller Intern, you will contribute to the oversight and control of the delegated functions (Fund Administration, Fund Distribution) as well as the controls performed by the Risk Management function.

You will be asked to assist the team in various controls, such as:
1/ Oversight and controls of delegated functions:

- Due diligence reports on the delegates
- Review and analysis of the Key Performance Indicators & Key Risk Indicators of the Funds (monthly review/exceptions reports from delegates)
- Review of the Fund expenses and the related calculation of ongoing charges
- Review of the reconciliations between the Fund records and the custodian records
- Monthly meeting with delegates

2/ Fund distribution and registration:

- Control on the publication of fund data and investor documents
- Proactive animation the client-relation with the different distributors. This should be considered in a broad way, going from organizing seminars to brainstorm and making commercial documents
- Website development of ISIM and/or clients

3/ Reporting:

- Review of the draft annual accounts and other Fund reporting
- Preparation of the Board packs

Given the small size of the team, the Fund Controller Trainee will also provide support in various operational / administrative tasks of the ManCo whenever needed.

**Your profile**:

- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience:_
- Education at Bac+4/5 level with an economic and/or finance orientation
- Knowledge of Marketing and Webdesign is considered an asset
- Languages:_

Fluency in French and in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of any other languages is considered an asset
