**What you’ll do**

As a Program Manager, you will support successful execution of project and product development initiatives that adhere to company objectives, and work cross functionally with science and engineering teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead project management for inter-connected software, data science, and research projects
- Develop project management plans, including resourcing, schedules and budgets
- Communicate project needs and status to technical project teams and engineering managers
- Evaluate tenders and provide support in writing project proposals
- Prepare reports for external and internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years' experience as a program or project manager
- Previous experience with software engineering or research
- Demonstrable experience building effective working relationships with engineering teams
- Understanding of modern project/program management techniques, including Kanban and agile methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and modern cloud tools for project management (e.g. Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- First principles thinking and data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive execution
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

**Desired Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Experience evaluating system-level design
- A project management certification (PMP, APM, Scrum)
- Experience with roadmap strategy and definition
