We are delighted to introduce you to this position of In-House Legal Counsel for our prestigious partner, that is seeking for a new talent to join its team of about ten people.

This structure is a **Holding Company** that has investments in mainly **PE/RE and AIF**, and has a complete service line from Legal to Tax matters offering a global overview to its collaborators. The structure is represented by around fifty experienced profiles from all around the world, who will have the pleasure to share their knowledge with you and vice versa.

**Your Responsibilities **|** In-House - Legal Counsel - Legal - Holding**
- As an in-house Legal Counsel, you will have responsibilities related to drafting legal documentation and it reviews (transactional contracts, agreements).
- Your internal role will be to administer legal advice to your colleagues, and communicate information thanks to legal monitoring, in order to keep collaborators updated.
- You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with external parties and internally, as a corporate representative.

- You have gained a solid experience of two to six years, that allows you to have an autonomous organization in your daily management as a Legal Counsel. You have acquired this experience in law firms, AIFM or a PFS in Luxembourg. You are familiar with Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
- You master English, orally and written, which enables you to communicate easily with your colleagues.
- You have studied and obtained a higher degree, Bachelor or Master, in Law.
- You are seeking for a long term collaboration and are ready to build a common project with our partner.
