**Role / Mission**:

- Participate in day-to-day operations
- Project involvement
- Improving/reliability of systems
- Participation in Level 3 ticket processing
- Write documentation
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams, particularly Endpoint

**Your profile**:

- Real business experience (5+ years)
- Ease of integration and taste for teamwork essential
- Autonomy in work
- Versatility and thoroughness
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Professional awareness of the environment in which he/she operates : critical financial sector, high SLAs, quality of service to users, etc...
- Respect for existing administrative procedures and organization
- Documentation writing and knowledge transfer
- Fluency in French & English, with knowledge of Luxembourgish an asset

- SCCM/MECM expert (real-life, day-to-day corporate experience)
- Windows Server expert (2016-2022)
- PowerShell expert
- Very good knowledge of Packaging
- Security and cybersecurity practices in Microsoft environments

**Complementary technical skills**:

- PatchMyPC
- SCOM
- VMware & VMware Horizon
- Knowledge of Network, DNS, Webproxy, Firewall
- A background check will be requested upon hiring (criminal record, Education degrees, diplomas & certifications)
