Senior Accountant Specialized Spv 80k €

Our client is a **well-established ManCo AIFM** with a decade-long presence in **Luxembourg**. As part of their expansion, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated **Operational Accountant** to lead a **SPV migration project**.
Job Description: As the Operational Accountant, your primary objective will be to ensure the successful migration of our client's SPVs to their structure. You will be **responsible for handling the entire accounting process** for these SPVs and play a pivotal role in implementing an efficient migration process.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end accounting for the SPVs involved in the migration project.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and execute the migration within the designated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations throughout the migration process.
- Establish robust internal control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless transition.
**Required Profile**:
- Proven experience of at least **5 years** as an Accountant, with a strong background in handling **SPVs.**:
- Excellent understanding of Luxembourg's accounting and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
- Proficiency in English and French is essential.
