We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Data Management team as a Data Management Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data requests, managing the ingestion of data into our system, and providing expert advice on data ingestion processes.

This position is based in our **Luxembourg or London** offices:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Data Request Management: Handle incoming data requests, ensuring thorough analysis of requirements and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
- Data Mapping: Assist in mapping data to align with existing data structures within Kneip’s systems, ensuring accurate integration and compatibility.
- Data Ingestion: Execute the ingestion of data into Kneip’s systems, adhering to established processes and protocols to ensure data integrity and security.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations regarding the data, ensuring that the ingested data meets their needs and specifications.
- Advisory Support: Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for data ingestion, considering factors such as scalability, performance and maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of ingested data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies and issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient data integration process.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data management, data integration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and/ or scripting languages for data manipulation and transformation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and practices is advantageous.
