**Function**:
In order to strengthen our Flex Team, we are looking for a **bilingual Receptionist** (M/F/x) for a permanent contract of 40 hours per week.
Your talents will be put to good use on a daily basis as you carry out your duties for various clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in order to:
- Take care of the telephone reception in a qualitative and reactive manner.
- Ensure that visitors are welcomed in a professional manner and keep a watchful eye on their comfort.
- Handle mail, room bookings and various other administrative tasks.
- Represent Sodexo on our different sites, which you will all visit on a regular basis, varying your daily/weekly/monthly missions.
**Profile**:
- You are fluent in French and English (written/oral level C1 minimum), Luxembourgish and German languages will be considered as an asset.
- You have a first successful experience in a similar position.
- You have an excellent presentation and a developed spirit of service. Discretion is one of your strong points.
- You are recognized for your pleasant personality and your sense of diplomacy.
- Flexible and and versatile, you are available mainly from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm (working hours on a continuous-basis).
- You are willing to travel to our various work places in Luxembourg (central region, one site per day).
