Location of the role is flexible across EU.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of learning managers and specialists to develop complete learning solutions. Participate in the design, delivery and measurement of leadership development events, learning programs and performance support initiatives for our business providers in last-mile.
- Participate in project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among SMEs, team members and stakeholders to scale learning and performance solutions.
- Supporting our business development team by presenting our overall DSP program in front of groups, large and small, including a strong ability to answer complex questions on the fly.
- This role requires flexibility to travel to accommodate business need - up to 50% in peak onboarding periods.
