**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Officer - Your Responsibilities
- You will assist and advise your clients on all stages of the company, from its creation to its liquidation, including possible mergers or restructurings
- You draft various legal documents
- You draft and correct legal documents
- You ensure a legal watch in the field of corporate
- You will follow up on clients and participate in several meetings
- You carry out some AML/KYC tasks

**Profile**:
Client Relationship Officer - Your Profile
- You have at least **6 years** of experience in the corporate field
- You must be fluent in **French and Luxembourgish**. Fluency in English and/or Portuguese is considered an asset
- A first experience in **fiduciary** is considered as an asset
- You are autonomous
